Life in a plant based kitchen cooking class! This class will introduce you to the world of no fat plant based eating in a way that is easy and delicious. I will show you how you can make everyday favorites without oils or animals! All the recipes are made with everyday ingredients you have around the house. Not fancy, real food, real yummy!
