About Hemi-Sync class:
STRESS!! Who among us is not dealing with it in this fast paced, rapidly changing culture. Sometimes it seems like we are moving along at a Star Trek ‘warp’ speed. At this dizzying rate it is hard to catch a breath or keep our bearings.
Meditation, a practice where we slowdown and go within, is a great way to ‘dial back’ stress levels. Hemi-Sync is an audio technology developed more than 40 years ago by the Monroe Institute. It makes shifting into a different, more introspective, mind-space as easy as breathing. More than 40 years of research have demonstrated Hemi-Sync’s effectiveness in helping people access their mind power to accomplish a variety of goals.
